Asimismo, se ha estudiado si las celulas ganglionares de la retina de cerdo mantienen la expresion de las neurotrofinas y sus receptores in vitro. Como resultados m\u00e1s relevantes se han encontrado una gran similitud en la expresion de las sustancias estudiadas en las retinas humana y porcina. Con respecto a los estudios in vitro, todas las sustancias estudiadas que se expresan en las celulas ganglionares in vivo tambien se expresan in vitro, a excepcion del receptor p75 que no se expresa
