Estos productos han sido comparados con la prote\u00edna nativa.  se han localizado los sitios de glicaci\u00f3n de la prote\u00edna y la posible relaci\u00f3n de la glicaci\u00f3n con el crom\u00f3foro ha sido analizada.  el grupo crom\u00f3foro de hc ha sido estudiado en base a su fluorescencia caracter\u00edsticas. Se ha investigado asimismo la uni\u00f3n del crom\u00f3foro a la prote\u00edna nativa.  se ha expresado en el sistema de baculovirus la prote\u00edna hc recombinante silvestre, mutada en la cys34 y mutada en la cys 169.  el grupo crom\u00f3foro y las propiedades f\u00edsico-qu\u00edmicas de las distintas prote\u00ednas recombinantes han sido analizadas. Tambi\u00e9n se ha estudiado la capacidad de formaci\u00f3n de complejo con la iga de las tres prote\u00ednas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
