Se han desarrollado diversos modelos automatizados y de aplicacion practica que exponen el resultado que en los empujes estaticos sobre las paredes tiene la aplicacion de este metodo numerico. Se ha incorporado el criterio elastoplastico de drucker-prager al material almacenado, se ha simulado la pared con elementos membrana, y se ha realizado el analisis tanto para silos cilindricos con fondo plano como con tolva.  tras el estudio de diferentes mallados, del establecimiento del rozamiento grano-pared y la posterior validacion de los modelos, se ha analizado la influencia que en los empujes tiene la variacion de los distintos parametros. Paralelamente, se ha establecido el orden de magnitud que alcanza el angulo de dilatancia para material granular agricola.
