Las especies aisladas de estos suelos son: f. Oxysporum, f.  solani, f. Roseum (f. Eguiseti, f. Acuminatum, f. Scirpi, f. Longipes y f. Graminearum (sensu nelson et al., 1983) y f. Moniliforme. En ninguno de los suelos estudiados se detecto la presencia de phytophthora, mientras que pythium se detecto tanto en los suelos agricolas como en los forestales. Las especies de pythium aisladas son: p.  mamillatum, p. Irregulare, p. Dissimile, p. Torulosum. Se estudia la patogeneicidad potencial de las distintas especies de pythium aisladas mediante inoculaciones sobre pepino.  se estudia el efecto de la dilucion en talco de las muestras de suelo sobre la densidad de fusarium en las muestras; la disminucion de la densidad de fusarium con el tiempo de almacenamiento de las muestras; y la repetitibilidad y reproducibilidad de la tecnica de aislamiento y cuantificacion de fusarium.  se estudia la distribucion heterogenea de las poblaciones de las distintas especies de fusarium en los perfiles de una calicata de 1 x 0,8 x 0,8 m excavada en un suelo
