Albus l.) Midiendo alrededor de 0,7 cm de largo por 0,3 cm de ancho y 0,2 cm de espesor, fueron cultivados in vitro en camara de crecimiento en temperatura de 25c+-0,5c, con fotoperiodo de 16 horas de luz y 8 horas de oscuridad. El medio utilizado fue el de murashigep&amp;skoog (ms) solo o suplementado con distintas concentraciones y combinaciones de ba, aib y ana. Los explantos fueron sometidos a distintos procesos de asepsia previamente a su cultivo. Se puso en evidencia la eficacia del fungicida miconazol. Se establecieron las condiciones para el desarrollo de respuestas callogenicas, caulogenicas, rizogenicas en los explantos y se realizaron estudios complementarios sobre el efecto de la temperatura, tama\u00f1o, tipo y polaridad del explanto, y de la fuente de carbono sobre dichos procesos morfogeneticos. Tambien se estudio la toma y el metabolismo de ba en explantos cultivados en distintas polaridades, con la finalidad de conseguir mayor eficacia y precision en el uso de citoquininas aplicadas exogenamente.
