Y en sus respuestas agronomicas. El ensayo se ha realizado en vi\u00f1edo experimental localizado en la ribera del duero durante tres a\u00f1os. Se estudian dos sistemas de conduccion= vaso y espaldera, con poda corta en pulgares, sometidos a dos regimenes hidricos= secano y regadio, aplicado por goteo hasta cubrir del 40% al 60% de la evapotranspiracion de referencia.  la actividad fisiologica de las vides cultivadas en secano se ve comprometida diaria y estacionalmente, frente a las vides regadas, que presentan un mejor estado hidrico y mayores tasas de conductancia estomatica y de transpiracion, lo que les permite una mayor eficacia fotosintetica, y esto posibilita que la mayor superficie foliar desarrollada produzca mayor calidad de materia seca y un aumento importante del rendimiento en cosecha.  los efectos del sistema de conduccion se manifiestan en la espaldera, que desarrolla mayor superficie foliar total y externa, mas materia seca y mayor rendimiento que el vaso.
