El conocimiento que podemos tener de dicho parque, gracias a las estadisticas oficiales, es claramente insuficiente, y en determinadas ocasiones falsea la realidad del mismo.  se intenta corregir dicho defecto en la informacion con la creacion de nuevos modelos de parque, cuya validez debe ser refrenada a traves de variables mejor conconidad (consumos de combustible,traficos en determinadas redes, etc.), A partir de aqui se analiza la evolucion de una serie de variables fundamentales en funcion de la edad de los vehiculos. Asi se demuestra que la antiguedad del parque de vehiculos espa\u00f1ol genera graves problemas de suboptimizacion en el transporte por carretera, de forma que cualquier conjunto de medidas encaminadas al rejuvenecimiento del mismo tendra un fuerte impacto favorable sobre la economia y sobre determinados efectos externos negativos del transporte.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
