{"id":13173,"date":"2001-05-10T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2001-05-10T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/sulfoazucares-sulfoglicola%c2%adpidos-y-taurinas-n-sustituidas\/"},"modified":"2001-05-10T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2001-05-10T00:00:00","slug":"sulfoazucares-sulfoglicola%c2%adpidos-y-taurinas-n-sustituidas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/sulfoazucares-sulfoglicola%c2%adpidos-y-taurinas-n-sustituidas\/","title":{"rendered":"Sulfoaz\u00facares, sulfoglicol\u00edpidos y taurinas n-sustituidas"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> V\u00edctor Ulgar Ru\u00edz <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En esta tesis doctoral se han preparado c-sulfoaz\u00facares y c-sulfopolioles que contienen un grupo sulfonato (so3m) en sustituci\u00f3n de un grupo hidroxilo. se describe la s\u00edntesis de la 6-desoxi-6-c-sulfo-d-galactopiranosa y su transformaci\u00f3n por transposici\u00f3n de amadori en el \u00e1cido 1-ciclohexialmino-1,6-didesoxi-d-tagatosa-6-c-sulf\u00f3nico. se han sintetizado n-acil derivados del 6-desoxi-beta-d-glucopiranosilamina-6-c-sulfonato pot\u00e1sico a partir de 2,3,4-tri-o-acetil-6-s-acetil-n-acil-6-tio-beta-d-glucopiranosilaminas por oxidaci\u00f3n con \u00e1cido perac\u00e9tico. Estos sulfonatos constituyen tensioactivos ani\u00f3nicos derivados de az\u00facar caracterizados por presentar una elevada solubilidad en agua. Tambi\u00e9n se ha llevado a cabo la s\u00edntesis del 2,3-didesoxi-2-octanamido-d-alofuranosa-3-c-sulfonato por adici\u00f3n bisulf\u00edtica en medio b\u00e1sico al doble enlace de la 2,3-didesoxi-5,6-o-isopropiliden-2-octanamido-d-eritro-hex-2-enofuranosa seguido de desacetonaci\u00f3n. La reacci\u00f3n de adici\u00f3n es anti-markovnikov y transcurre con esteroqu\u00edmica anti.  la iminaci\u00f3n-reducci\u00f3n de c-sulfoaldosas con bencilamina y posterior hidrogen\u00f3lisis del grupo n-bencilo ha permitido preparar c-sulfoaminopolioles zwitteri\u00f3nicos, an\u00e1logos estructurales de los amino\u00e1cidos naturales taurina y homotaurina. La iminaci\u00f3n-reducci\u00f3n de d-aldosas con la sal s\u00f3dica de la taurina ha conducido con buen rendimiento a los \u00e1cidos n-(d-alditol-1-il)-2-aminoetanosulf\u00f3nicos de configuraci\u00f3n d-gluco-d-mano y d-galacto. Estos compuestos han sido preparados en escala de multigramo, ya que su purificaci\u00f3n puede ser llevada a cabo por recristalizaci\u00f3n.  se ha estudiado la reacci\u00f3n de taurina con iso- y diisotiocinatos grasos como medio para la obtenci\u00f3n de nuevos tensioactivos i\u00f3nicos derivados de taurina caracterizados por una uni\u00f3n de tipo tiourea entre la cadena grasa y la cabeza polar.
