No es sorprendente por tanto que los miembros individuales de la familia de transportadores (gluts 1-5) represente diferencias en su distribucion tisular, cinetica de transporte, especificidad por la hexosa transportada y mecanismos de regulacion.  teniendo en cuenta la importancia de la celula granulosa como entidad endocrina de la que depende la funcion reproductora de los vertebrados, en la presente memoria nos planteamos como objetivo general el estudio, caracterizacion del transportador responsable de la captacion de hexosas en estas celulas. Adicionalmente y puesto que el proceso de diferenciacion de estas celulas esta regulado por multiples se\u00f1ales endocrinas, paracrinas y autocrinas, que actuan por diferentes vias de se\u00f1alizacion intracelular intracelular, en el presente trabajo hemos prestado especial atencion al estudio de los posibles mecanismos hormonales y asi como las vias de se\u00f1alizacion
