{"id":131754,"date":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/mecanismos-de-resistencia-a-antibioticos-betalactamicos-en-una-cepa-de-aeromonas-caviae\/"},"modified":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"mecanismos-de-resistencia-a-antibioticos-betalactamicos-en-una-cepa-de-aeromonas-caviae","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/mecanismos-de-resistencia-a-antibioticos-betalactamicos-en-una-cepa-de-aeromonas-caviae\/","title":{"rendered":"Mecanismos de resistencia a antibioticos betalactamicos en una cepa de aeromonas caviae."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Lupiola Gomez Pablo Antonio <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Los microorganismos que pertenecen al genero aeromonas son considerados en general como patogenos oportunistas, si bien en algunos casos pueden actuar como patogenos primarios.Se investigaron los principales mecanismos de resistencia para compuestos betalactamicos en una cepa de aeromonas caviae aislada de aguas residuales en las palmas de gran canaria.Para ello utilizamos diferentes ensayos que se aplican en el microorganismo intacto y\/o en los extractos enzimaticos libres de celulas obtenidos por sonicacion.Se estudio la resistencia a compuestos beta- lactamicos (antibiogramas cualitativo y cuantitativo), se detecto la presencia de beta- lactamasas y se determino el regimen de produccion enzimatica que puede ser constitutiva o inducible.En el transcurso de este trabajo se aislo una cepa mutante de a. Caviae hiperproductora de beta-lactamasa, que tambien fue utilizada en estudios comparativos.  asi mismo se estudiaron los perfiles de substrato e inhibicion, la afinidad enzima-substrato y el mecanismo \u00abno hidrolitico\u00bb de inactivacion de compuestos beta-lactamicos enzimadependiente (atrapamiento).  la separacion enzimatica se realizo mediante el isoelectroenfoque analitico.  se determino la permeabilidad de la membrana externa, que generalmente actua en combinacion con la actividad enzimatica, valorando la contribucion de ambos mecanismos en la resistencia global del microorganismo.  finalmente se estudio la localizacion genetica de los enzimas (cromosoma o elementos extracromosomicos).  de los resultados obtenidos se han extraido las siguientes conclusiones:\u00f1 1.- La resistencia a compuestos beta-lactamicos en aeromonas caviae se debe fundamentalmente a la presencia de beta-lactamasa.  2.- Se han diferenciado dos mecanismos de resistencia mediados por el enzima:\u00f1 a) hidrolisis del substrato b) formacion de un complejo estable enzima-substrato.  3.- En a.
