{"id":131781,"date":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/distribucion-regional-y-evolucion-con-la-edad-de-las-neuronas-productoras-de-oxido-nitrico-de-la-corteza-cerebral-de-la-rata\/"},"modified":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"distribucion-regional-y-evolucion-con-la-edad-de-las-neuronas-productoras-de-oxido-nitrico-de-la-corteza-cerebral-de-la-rata","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-de-la-vida\/distribucion-regional-y-evolucion-con-la-edad-de-las-neuronas-productoras-de-oxido-nitrico-de-la-corteza-cerebral-de-la-rata\/","title":{"rendered":"Distribucion regional y evolucion con la edad de las neuronas productoras de oxido nitrico de la corteza cerebral de la rata."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Sosa Perez Carmen Dolores <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Omprobamos la existencia de neuronas nos\/nadph-d a lo largo de la corteza cerebral excepto en la region correspondiente al \u00abindusium griseum\u00bb. .Las encontramos en diferente proporcion segun las capas: la capa i casi no posee celulas marcadas (2 o 3 por animal), las capas ii\/iii y vi son las que las presentan en mayor cantidad.  en las capas iv y v son menos abundantes.  .Se ha comprobado la existencia de espacios, vacios de neuronas nos, de distinta amplitud, distribuidos de forma particular segun las distintas areas corticales.  .Las neuronas nos son no-piramidales y no espinosas, de morfolog\u00eda predominantemente bipenachada vertical, aunque las multipolares estrelladas tambien son abundantes.  ademas se observan formas bipolares (son las menos numerosas), bipenachadas horizontales, multipolares en \u00abt\u00bb y un tipo neuronal no clasificable entre los tipos morfologicos habituales. A este ultimo lo hemos denominado de neuronas atipicas y esta constituido por celulas que poseen un soma alargado, carente de una forma definible y con un arbol dendritico poco abundante.  .Describimos la intima relacion existente entre algunas de las neuronas nos\/nadph-d y los vasos sanguineos corticales.  .Se comprueba la existencia de un rico neuropilo distribuido de forma diferente en cada una de las areas corticales.  .Se encuentran diferencias significativas, con la edad, en la distribucion del neuropilo y de las neuronas piramidales de las diferentes poblaciones
