Todos los receptores presentan, como unidad central, un esqueleto de guanidinio bic\u00edclico qu\u00edral, debido a la fuerte interacci\u00f3n que existe entre este cati\u00f3n y la funci\u00f3n carboxilato presente en los amino\u00e1cidos y en la cadena c-terminal de la proteasa del vih-1.  en el primer cap\u00edtulo se introduce la importancia de la interacci\u00f3n guanidinio-carboxilato. En el segundo capitulo se aborda el reconocimiento y el transporte enantioselectivo de amino\u00e1cidos en forma de \u00abzwitterion\u00bb. los receptores sintetizados poseen tres centros de reconocimiento y se han probado en el transporte de trp y\/o phe a trav\u00e9s de membrana liquida (tubo en u). Los mejores resultados se obtuvieron para los derivados con grupos esteres y cadena hidrob\u00f3bica.  en el tercer cap\u00edtulo se presentan mol\u00e9culas sintetizadas como inhibidores de la dimerizaci\u00f3n de la proteasa del vih-1. Varios productos se mostraron activos con ic50 del orden de micromolar y un producto que presenta enlace tio\u00e9ter entre la cadena pept\u00eddica (gat(bn)lnfobn) y el guanidinio central result\u00f3 ser activo frente a la dimerizaci\u00f3n de la proteasa con valores muy buenos de inhibici\u00f3n (ic50 = 1,6 um, kid = 150 nm).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
