Para ello, y a partir del sistema modelo de plantas de tomate infectadas con el viroide de la exocortis de los citricos (cevd), se han clonado diversos genes cuyos niveles de expresion se ven alterados en patogenesis.  por una parte, hemos caracterizado un conjunto de cdnas correspondientes a mrnas fuertemente inducidos en patogenesis, como son dos isoformas de pr-1 (una acida y otra basica) y una peroxidasa con una considerable homolog\u00eda con una lingnin peroxidasa de tabaco.  por otra parte, y como aproximacion complementaria, describimos una nuevo gen de plantas: lrp, su induccion y su procesamiento en patogenesis.
