Se plantea un dise\u00f1o predominantemente cuantitativo, con elementos descriptivos que contextualizan y cualifican el proceso y resultados de la investigacion.  el dise\u00f1o estable relaciones a partir de las variables constituidas por los sujetos mas importantes en el programa, los ni\u00f1os, pares y educadores.  en el estudio de los ni\u00f1os predomina un enfoque psicoeducativo, en el sentido que el punto central no reside solo en la compracion al analisis de de algunas explicaciones teoricas con los resultados obtenidos, dando mayor significado al analisis de las necesidades de desarrollo y aprendizaje identificadas en los ni\u00f1os, concluyendo la lectura analitica en diagnostico de necesidades de aprendizaje y desarrollo.  la informacion de los padres se refiere a las relaciones entre la familia respecto a educacion, alimentacion, salud y vivienda.  los promotores educativos o educadores, son profesionales por tanto se recoge informacion de su escolaridad, tiempo en el programa y conocimiento de sus objetivos.  se aplica procedimientos estadisticos de regresion lineal simple y multiple y logaritmica multiple.  se concluye dar relevancia a un programa para toda
