El estudio se inicia con la presentacion fisica de los locales teatrales que funcionaron a lo largo de los a\u00f1os abordados, para seguidamente proceder a la redaccion cronologica de la programacion de los diversos coliseos toledanos. Su cuantificacion permite llevar a cabo una valoracion global de la produccion dramatica -obras mas representadas, generos mas representativos, autores mas prodigados-. Seguidamente y ya en el plano de la representacion se tratan cuestiones relativas al ambito escenico -las compa\u00f1ias, la escenografia- y comercial -empresa teatral-, imprescindible para entender el desarrollo de esta actividad de la epoca. A continuacion, se aborda un acercamiento recepcional del espectaculo desde la critica periodistica local de la epoca; y por ultimo, se examinan aspectos de interes sociologico -censura, precios,
