Jes\u00fas <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La caracterizacion del crecimiento aerobio de escherichia coli y formacion de producto, acetico y acido d-glutamico, en glucosa como fuente de carbono y energia se realiza mediante una simplificacion basada en una aproximacion que permite plantear los balances macroscopicos de las propiedades extensivas del sistema.  la aplicacion de los principios de conservacion permiten plantear relaciones cuantitativas entre las velocidades de conversion de los compuestos claves, bajo dos aproximaciones macroscopicas, la descripcion de la caja negra, donde unicamente se consideran los compuestos y energia intercambiados con el entorno, y la descripcion metabolica, donde ademas se consideran los compuestos activos en el interior celular. Las relaciones lineales obtenidas permiten simplificar el posterior estudio cinetico.  el desarrollo de un modelo cinetico establece expresiones cineticas para la formacion de biomasa, consumo de sustrato y formacion de producto. Se propone un modelo mecanistico formado por un esquema de siete reacciones que comprenden la inhibicion competitiva, crecimiento diauxico y formacion de productos.  ademas de evaluar la estequiometria y la cinetica del proceso, se estudia la transferencia de materia y su relacion con la fluidodinamica. El comportamiento fluidodinamico se predice mediante un modelo fluidodinamico basado en un balance de energia mientras que para la transferencia de materia se emplean modelos basados en la teoria de penetracion de higbie y la de la turbulencia isotropica de kolmogoroff.
