Guillerma <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En la prostata de rata se expresan los tres tipos de receptores para vip\/pacap, estos receptores estan acoplados positivamente a la enzima adenilato ciclasa, aumentando los niveles de ampc intracelulares, por otro lado, tanto el vip como el pacap estimulan la proliferacion de celulas epiteliales de prostata de rata.  en cuanto al papel de estos peptidos en el desarrollo de la prostata de rata, en la pubertad donde se produce un aumento de los niveles de testosterona, aumentan los receptores para vip, asi como su capacidad para estimular a la enzima adenilato ciclasa, tambien se produce un aumento en la pubertad de las subunidades alpha de las proteinas g.  en una situacion patologica, donde se alteran significativamente los niveles de testosterona, el alcoholismo, los efectos de este toxico dependen de la sensibilidad de cada tejido al toxico, ya que el mismo tratamiento provoca cambios significativos en el sistema receptor\/efector del vip en vesicula seminal pero no en prostata.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Expresion de los receptores de vip\/pacap en la prostata de rata. aspectos ontogenicos y toxicologicos.<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Expresion de los receptores de vip\/pacap en la prostata de rata. aspectos ontogenicos y toxicologicos. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Juarranz Moratilla M.
