Esta actividad fosfotirosina fosfatasa se debe al menos en parte a la shp-1, como lo demuestra tanto la presencia de la proteina, de su rnamensajero y la perdida de la actividad tras la inmunodepleccion de la shp-1. Esta enzima esta localizada en las celulas epiteliales., esta shp-1 se ha identificado tambien en la linea celular prostatica humana pc3 el egf, factor de crecimiento epidermico estimula la actividad de esta enzima mediante fosforilacion. Ademas la sobreexpresion de esta enzima da lugar a una inhicion de la tasa de proliferacion de esta linea celular prostatica pc3.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
