Se calcularon los coeficientes de extincion molar. Se han registrado los espectros corregidos de excitacion y emision de fluorescencia, calculando los limites de deteccion y los rendimientos cuanticos de dichos compuestos y en los mismos disolventes. Se estudian el equilibrio acido-base de un derivado pirimido (5,4-b) indol y de la sempervirina en agua, mediante una tecnica espectrofotometrica. Finalmente, se hace un estudio de las interacciones de los alcaloides serpentina y sempervirina con los mononucleotidos amp, cmp, gmp y tmp, a ph 5 y 8 mediante espectroscopia uv-visible, amortiguacion de la fluorescencia producida por los mononucleotidos y por fluorescencia resuelta en el tiemp.  a ph 5 se forma un complejo entre ael alcaloide y el nuclotido, calculando la constante de formacion y los correspondientes parametros termodinamicos, a ph 8 la desactivacion es dinamica y se determinan las constantes de desactivacion bimolecular a varias
