Se considera la ley tanto en si misma -su origen, definicion, fundamento, finalidad, propiedades, etc.-, Asi como las relaciones estrechas que guarda con diversas realidades sociales: el derecho, la etica, la educacion, la familia, etc. A partir de la afirmacion categorica de platon, \u00abdios es la medida de todas las cosas\u00bb, las diversas realidades cobran sentido.  la union de dios con el hombre es a traves del legislador; este es quien -siendo virtuoso y filosofo, gracias a su afinidad con la divinidad-, conoce mejor la verdadera medida y naturaleza de la realidad, y puede determinar la autentica ley que se funda en una antropolog\u00eda verdadera. La ley es la razon de la ciudad, asi como la razon es el gobierno del hombre. La causa inmediata de la ley es el juicio del legislador, pero la remota y ultima es la divinidad. La autoridad, sometida a la ley, educa al ciudadano para que sea virtuoso y obtenga la felicidad, que es tambien la finalidad ultima de la ley. Platon prepara a los ciudadanos, mediante la ley, para que, consigan el bien comun en la tierra, y la felicidad despues de la muerte.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
