Se ha realizado una aplicacion practica de los mismos consistente en el desarrollo de un simulador para entrenamiento de operadores de centros de despacho. Este simulador ha sido integrado en el centro de despacho de la compa\u00f1ia iberdrola, en bilbao. La arquitectura funcional del simulador consta de tres partes: el modelo del sistema de potencia, el del centro de control y el sistema de soporte de instruccion.
