Se ha realizado un estudio de efecto inhibitorio de los compuestos sintetizados sobre la actividad enzimatica de la monoamino oxidasa en cerebro de raton, utilizando tiramina y 5-ht como sustratos y pargilina, fenelzina, deprenilo, clorgilina y moclobemida como patrones. Se ha estudiado la actividad de los compuestos sintetizados sobre receptores serotonergicos, mediante la tecnica de fijacion de radioligandos especificos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
