Se ha estudiado tambien la vida media del naproxeno en etanol mediante la desactivacion de fluorescencia por el oxigeno atmosferico. Se discute tambien la influencia de la polaridad del disolvente en el desplazamiento de stokes.  se ha estudiado la interaccion del naproxeno con 1-vinil-2-pirrolidona, beta-ciclodextrina y polietilenglicol 400 en disolucion a varios valores de ph y temperatura. Las dos primeras se han estudiado mediante espectrofotometria uv-visible y espectrofluorimetria y la tercera mediante ensayos de solubilidad. Se han calculado los valores de entalpia y de entropia asociados a las interacciones. Finalmente, se han preparado dispersiones solidas de naproxeno con peg 4000 por el metodo de fusion y del cosolvente.
