Este compuesto se ha investigado para determinar sus propiedades fisicoquimicas de aplicacion en la preformulacion, asi como sucomportamiento farmacocinetico en plasma de ratones swiss-webster sanos. El estudio de las propiedades fisicoquimicas incluye el analisis elemental, punto de fusion, espectroscopia (uv, ir, h1-rmn, em), analisis termicos, solubilidad, constante de ionizacion, coeficiente de reparto y cromatografia (clar, ccf); asimismo se ha determinado la estabilidad del producto en fase solida yen disolucion bajo la influencia de varias condiciones acelaradas de almacenamiento, como son: luz, temperatura y ph, empleando para su cuantificacion la clar. Los productos de descomposicion de q85 hc1 se han identificado en soluciones basicas. El estudio farmacocinetico revela que el q85 hc1 confiere al organismo caracteristicas monocompartimentales con un t1\/2 corto de 1,04 min. A la dosis administrada (17, 18 ug\/ml) la concentracion plasmatica maxima (co) es de 26,47 ug\/ml, lo que representa unas 184 veces mas que la concentracion necesaria para producir la muerte celular
