La acotacion temporal propuesta, coincidente con la vigencia del regimen, muestra un gran peso de los colegios de religiosos especialmente relevante en la educacion secundaria.  se aborda el tema desde una perspectiva integradora por lo que se sale de las ideas pedagogicas y los hechos estrictamente educativos para relacionarse con otras historias sectoriales que permitan una comprension mas global de la realidad estudiada.  la estructura del trabajo presenta cuatro grandes bloques. La primera parte ofrece una contextualizacion historica a nivel general de todo el pais (evolucion politica, economica, social y educativa). La segunda parte se refiere al proyecto educativo y en ella se expone el nucleo ideologico y motivacional de los religiosos. El tercer bloque aborda la organizacion y funcionamiento efectivo de los colegios. El ultimo capitulo analiza el funcionamiento economico de la provincia con especial atencion a la financiacion de nuevos centros.  en la conclusiones destacamos el equilibrio entre una necesaria
