Prado <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En esta memoria se proponen nuevos metodos de analisis para la determinacion de las siguientes catecolaminas:  adrenalina, noradrenalina, dopa, dopamina, metildopa e isoprenalina; las cuatro primeras son biogenicas y las dos ultimas farmacos capaces de regular algunas de las funciones de las biogenicas. Cuando se oxidan originan especies coloreadas (aminocromos) que en medio fuertemen basico son inestables, lo cual dificulta su determinacion directa. Se propone un metodo sencillo de analisis mediante fia, asi como otro basado en la tecnica de flujo parado. Si la oxidacion tiene lugar con metaperyodato en medio acido se obtienen compuestos similares, pudiendose adaptar esta reaccion a sistemas fia. En todos los casos se encuentran limites de cuantificacion del orden de 10-6m. Los tres metodos se aplicaron con buenos resultados a la determinacion de catecolaminas en diferentes preparados farmaceuticos.
