En un primer capitulo se sintetiza el primer derivado de paladio conteniendo el grupo difluorofosfato, y se analiza con detalle su reactividad frente a ligandos p- y s-dadores y nitrilos asi como frente a acidos silanos y derivados metalicos de metales de los grupos de la derecha y la izquierda.  se describen los primeros derivados organometalicos de titanio y molibdeno con el grupo difluorofosfato. En un segundo capitulo se aborda con exito la sintesis de (pd (c4h7) (sc6f5))n, cp2mo(sph)2pd(c4h7) y derivados polinucleares de paladio con digandos tiolato derivados de piridina, imidazol y pirimidina. Finalmente, se describen dos nuevos derivados con ligandos ferrocenilaminofosfina. Todos los derivados se caracterizan por analisis elemental, espectroscopia ir y rmn multinuclear asi como difraccion de rayos x en algunos casos, son de destacar los estudios de rmn a temperatura
