Soledad <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Este estudio supone un avance para conocer mejor la composicion quimica de los vinos blancos variedades espa\u00f1olas. Mediante el estudio de poblaciones bastantes numerosas de muestras, se establecen las diferencias mas notables entre los vinos airen y los de otras variedades bastante proximas:  viura y macabeo. Tambien se aportan, los cambios que deben atribuirse a las distintas cepas de levadura con que puede llevarse a cabo la fermentacion, y se aconseja mantener las botellas de vino en ambiente bastante fresco o refrigerado, para que los cambios que experimente el vino con el tiempo sean minimos.
