{"id":132531,"date":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/estimacion-de-la-composicion-corporal-en-pacientes-con-obesidad-morbida\/"},"modified":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"estimacion-de-la-composicion-corporal-en-pacientes-con-obesidad-morbida","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/estimacion-de-la-composicion-corporal-en-pacientes-con-obesidad-morbida\/","title":{"rendered":"Estimacion de la composicion corporal en pacientes con obesidad morbida."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Silvia Blanch Miro <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Objetivos: 1) obtener ecuaciones de prediccion de la masa libre de grasa (mlg) a partir de la impedancia bioelectrica (ib), en pacientes con obesidad morbida, utilizando como metodo de referencia la densitometria hidrostatica (dh); 2) determinar el grado de precision de ib y dh en la valoracion de cambios en la composicion corporal de individuos con obesidad morbida sometidos a una rapida perdida de peso, respecto de los cambios observados mediante balance nitrogenado (bn).Material y metodos: 1) se estudiaron 96 mujeres; no obesas (32), sobrepesos y obesas (29) y obesas morbidas (35), determinandose su mlg y porcentaje de grasa (pg) mediante dh, y su impedancia corporal. A partir de esta ultima se obtuvieron una ecuacion generalizada y ecuaciones especificas en funcion del pg y del indice de masa corporal (imc) de las pacientes; 2) se estudiaron 9 mujeres con obesidad morbida (imc 35). Fueron hospitalizadas durante 28 dias y sometidas a una dieta muy hipocalorica (458 kcal\/d). Se determinaron las perdidas de mlg mediante ib, dh y bn. Resultados: 1) la relacion entre la mlg determinada mediante dh y la estimada mediante ib fue siempre muy significativa (p 0.001) utilizando las distintas ecuaciones, siendo r=0.924 y el error estandar (ee) de 3.26 utilizando la ecuacion generalizada. El uso de ecuaciones especificas en funcion del pg mejoro la precision del metodo (r=0.933, ee=3.07). El uso de ecuaciones especificas en funcion del imc disminuyo la precision del metodo (r=0.902, ee=4.6) 2) la perdida de mlg determinada mediante impedancia fue de 3.4 kg, 2.9 kg mediante densitometria y 1.8 kg mediante balance nitrogenado, lo cual muestra que el metodo de impedancia sobrevalora las perdidas de mlg.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
