Ambas tecnicas permiten determinar aminas biogenas de forma rapida y relativamente simple. El problema de la determinacion de aminas biogenas en vinos por hplc se basa en su nivel de concentracion mayoritaria o minoritaria, empleandose la inyeccion directa de la muestra en el primer caso y la extraccion en fase solida como clean up y concentracion de analitos en el segundo.  en ambos casos se recurre a la derivatizacion de las aminas para mejorar la selectividad y la sensibilidad de la
