Pero en los ultimos a\u00f1os se ha pasado de una vision paternalista a un modelo de accion social que se enmarca dentro del estado de bienestar, y a traves del cual se intenta dar respuesta a las necesidades de los menores con la creacion de una red de servicios.  nuestro trabajo quiere ser una reflexion sobre la intervencion didactica que, en el ambito de los procesos de integracion social, se ha venido desarrollando en los ultimos a\u00f1os en nuestro pais, con especial referencia a catalu\u00f1a.  el trabajo consta de dos partes: la primera expone la fundamentacion teorica que enmarcara y delimitara el estudio de campo que se desarrolla en la segunda parte.  la finalidad y utilidad del trabajo radica en el dise\u00f1o de un programa educativo individualizado (pei). El objetivo fundamental de tal programa consiste en disponer de una herramienta tecnica (encuadrada teorica y metodologicamente) que proporcione una coherencia y sistematizacion en la intervencion. El dise\u00f1o del pei se ha basado en un proceso de reflexion sobre la propia accion y ha colaborado el equipo de justicia juvenil de tarragona.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
