Por ello se precisa un estricto control de las variables que afectan al desarrollo.  asi sometemos embriones de pollo a los efectos de un cem continuo y homogeneo controlando las condiciones de incubacion y variando unicamente la intensidad del cem aplicado en las distintas series experimentales. En cada una de ellas se determina, estadio (hh), peso y talla, a los 5 y 10 dias de incubacion.
