En los aspectos estructurales se determino que la coordenada de reaccion estructural en este tipo de transferencias se puede dividir en tres pasos: primero, los dos fragmentos involucrados en la transferencia se aproximan hasta alcanzar una distancia entre 2.60-2.75 a; a partir de este punto, se inicia la transferencia real del huidruro que transcurre sin una variacion importante de la distancia entre los fragmentos; finalmente, los dos fragmentos se separan. En los aspectos electronicos, se llego a la conclusion que la naturaleza electronica del atomo que se esta transfiriendo es esencialmente de hidrogeno. En los aspectos mecanisticos, estas reacciones se catalogaron como transferencias electronicas de esfera interna, donde el movimiento del hidrogeno esta fuertemente acoplado a la reorganizacion electronica. En este sentido, el hidrogeno actua como puente estructural trasportador de carga, y de aqui que sea aceptable el considerarlo formalmente como un hidruro.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
