{"id":132564,"date":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/variabilidad-genetica-y-seleccion-de-la-prolificidad-en-porcino\/"},"modified":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"variabilidad-genetica-y-seleccion-de-la-prolificidad-en-porcino","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-agrarias\/variabilidad-genetica-y-seleccion-de-la-prolificidad-en-porcino\/","title":{"rendered":"Variabilidad genetica y seleccion de la prolificidad en porcino."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Leopoldo Alfonso Ruiz <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>A partir de la informacion de prolificidad de dos poblaciones porcinas de raza landrace y especializacion materna se analizo la existencia de efectos maternos y heterogeneidad genetica entre partos de una misma cerda, asi como el interes de utilizar un modelo con repetibilidad en su seleccion, haciendo especial referencia a un esquema hiperprolifico realizado a partir de una de las poblaciones.Las heredabilidades estimadas bajo un modelo con repetibilidad oscilaron entre 0,05 y 0,07 y las repetibilidades entre 0,13 y 0,15. En ninguna de las dos poblaciones se estimaron efectos maternos significativos. Bajo la hipotesis de heterogeneidad genetica las heredabilidades estimadas no fueron distintas entre partos y tampoco de las anteriormente estimadas, y las correlaciones geneticas no resultaron distintas a la unidad.
