Para ello se ha utilizado un modelo de distribucion de irradiancias tridimensional que ha permitido en el seno del cultivo. Esta magnitud se ha utilizado para correlacionar la velocidad especifica de crecimiento a traves de una ecuacion hiperbolica. La fotoinhibicion que tiene lugar a irradiancias incidentes elevadas aparece como un cambio en los parametros del modelo de crecimiento produciendose una disminucion en el coeficiente de forma que un incremento en la constante de afinidad por la luz.
