Unas entrevistas personales con 64 maximos directivos de grandes empresas y bancos ponen de manifiesto que las opiniones de los decisores sobre temas claves del proceso de entrada en un nuevo negocio (como el objetivo buscado, la eleccion del negocio y el procedimiento de implantacion) dependen en gran medida del perfil personal del decisor y de la empresa que dirija. Por lo tanto, no es posible que exista en la practica una unica estrategia superior, pues las circunstancias de cada caso requieren de una estrategia adaptada al mismo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
