Por una parte se indujo la miog\u00e9nesis en c\u00e9lulas no musculares humanas en cultivo mediante la expresi\u00f3n forzada del factor de transcripci\u00f3n mi\u00f3geno myod y se valor\u00f3 este modelo para el diagn\u00f3stico prenatal de la dmd. Para ello se infectaron cultivos de aminiocitos o c\u00e9lulas de las vellosidades cori\u00f3nicas de fetos con riesgo de padecer la dmd y de fetos control con un vector retrov\u00edrico que conten\u00eda el gen myod, y se estudiaron los cultivos con m\u00e9todos immunoqu\u00edmicos para valorar la expresi\u00f3n de distrofina, la prote\u00edna mutada en la dmd. Se observ\u00f3 una correlaci\u00f3n entre la expresi\u00f3n de la distrofina en las c\u00e9lulas gen\u00e9ticamente modificadas y el diagn\u00f3stico previo en un 98,7% de los casos concluy\u00e9ndose que el m\u00e9todo podr\u00eda se \u00fatil para el diagn\u00f3stico prenatal de la dmd. Para el estudio de la patogenia de las deleciones parciales del and mitocondrial (adnmt) en el sks, se produjeron clones de h\u00edbridos celulares entre c\u00e9lulas helacot y un clon fibrobl\u00e1stico heteropl\u00e1smico para la deleci\u00f3n com\u00fan del adnmt.
