Todo ello referido a diversas facetas del metabolismo.  se han comparado los par\u00e1metros correspondientes al metabolismo lip\u00eddico, hidrocarbonado proteico, electrol\u00edtico y estr\u00e9s oxidativo de 35 mujeres menop\u00e1usicas sin terapia hormonal sustitutiva (ths) y 25 no manop\u00e1usicas de nuestro medio. Se ha evidenciado una ausencia de diferencias significativas entre ambos grupos en lo referente al metabolismo proteico, hidrocarbonado y estr\u00e9s oxidativo. Han aparecido notables diferencias en los par\u00e1metros electrol\u00edticos, calcio y f\u00f3sforo, que se elevan significativamente en el grupo menop\u00e1usico, indicando la presencia de alteraciones a nivel \u00f3seo.  igualmente se han elevado de forma significativa tras la menopausia el colesterol total, el \u00e1cido graso este\u00e1rico y el monoinsaturado oleico, habi\u00e9ndose producido un descenso una descenso del \u00e1cido graso poliinsaturado linoleico y de la *5 desturaci\u00f3n, todo ello unido al aumento signficiativo de la tensi\u00f3n arterial sist\u00f3lica correlacionado positivamente con el declive hormonal, hace que la menopausia se revela en esta serie como favorecedora del riesgo cardiovascular, aunque quiz\u00e1 en menor medida al compararla con otros trabajos, pues las hdl no se han modificado.  tambi\u00e9n se han comparado los perfiels hormonales, lip\u00eddicos y de par\u00e1metros habituales en la pr\u00e1ctica cl\u00ednica de 106 menop\u00e1usicas naturales sin ths, frente a 105 menop\u00e1usicas quir\u00fargicas tambi\u00e9n sin ths. No ha habido diferencias significativas entre ambos grupos en los par\u00e1metros estudiados, a excepci\u00f3n de la calcemia, m\u00e1s elevada en las ooforectomizadas consecuencia de una probablemente mayor reabsorci\u00f3n \u00f3sea. En el estudio correlaci\u00f3n entre hormonas y par\u00e1metros lip\u00eddicos cabe destacar la presencia de correlaciones negativas enre gona<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
