La tesis aborda este tema a partir de dos grandes bloques u \u00f3pticas de an\u00e1lisis; el primero desde su consideraci\u00f3n socio laboral y el segundo desde la consideraci\u00f3n de los problemas jur\u00eddicos que esta figura contractual plantea en su aplicaci\u00f3n, se\u00f1aladamente en relaci\u00f3n a los siguientes aspectos: determinaci\u00f3n del tiempo de trabajo; modalidades
