Los homomorfismos de anillos, los operadores diferenciales, &#8230; Son ejemplos de aplicaciones separadoras.  probaremos que las biyecciones separadoras entre ciertos subespacios de funcones continuas definidas sobre espacios localmente compactos son continuas e inducen homeomorfismos entre los espacios subyacentes. Tambien aplicaremos este tipo de operadores en el contexto de las funciones integrables definidas sobre gupos localmente compactos y abelianos. Aqui estudiaremos su representacion y su continuidad.  en segundo lugar, analizaremos otro tipo de operadores lineales: las isometrias.
