Zelanda. Peso:  1687+-78.46. Edad: 59+-3.48 dias.  dise\u00f1o experimental: grupo problema: p-1: neumotorax unilateral y drenaje pleural. P-2: neumotorax bilateral y drenaje. P-3: fistula broncopleural unilateral transtraqueal y drenaje. C-1: drenaje pleural unilateral.  c-2: drenaje bilateral. C-3: traqueostomia y drenaje unilateral. Se practican en total 4 neumotorax y se drenan a frasco peque\u00f1o (35.58 ml) y frasco grande (3940 ml) y con aspiraciones de -5 y -20 cm de h2o.  anestesia: propionilpromazina (1.5 mg\/kg peso) + clorhidrato ketamina (7.5 mg\/kg peso). Cateterizacion vena marginal y a. Central (oreja derecha para extracciones sangre).  parametros valorados: mortalidad, fc, fr, fluctuaciones sello agua, paco2, pao2, sao2.  resultados: mortalidad 70% en p-2. Neumotorax provoca disminucion fc, fr, pao2, sao2 y ph y elevacion paco2, sobre todo en p-2, y menores en p-3. El drenaje a frasco grande gran mortalidad, con minimas fluctuaciones de columna liquido y metodo peligroso, por lo que no se recomienda en el drenaje neumotorax, debido a la interferencia que produce el aumento del espacio pleural con la mecanica respiratoria.
