Jose <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha estudiado la expresion del oncogen c-fos en diversos centros visuales comprobandose que una parte del gen es capaz de mostrar diferencias en los niveles de proteina dependiendo del tipo de estimulo, observandose que el coliculo superior responde mejor ante estimulos continuos. Asi mismo se aprecia la aparicion de bandas en diferentes capas del cortex visual primario, tanto ipsi como contralateralmente indicando una prominente conectividad horizontal. Por ultimo demuestra la sensibilidad notable ante los estimulos luminosos situados en el espectro del color rojo contrariamente a lo sostenido por otros autores.  todo ello viene a demostrar la utilidad de este metodo para la realizacion de estudios morfofuncionales a nivel del sistema nervioso central.
