{"id":132867,"date":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/diversidad-genetica-intraespecifica-en-leuconostoc-oenos\/"},"modified":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"diversidad-genetica-intraespecifica-en-leuconostoc-oenos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/diversidad-genetica-intraespecifica-en-leuconostoc-oenos\/","title":{"rendered":"Diversidad genetica intraespecifica en leuconostoc oenos."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Zavaleta Pesantes Amparo Iris <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se estudio la diversidad genetica de 70 cepas de leuconostoc oenos (37 de coleccion y 33 aislados de los cuales 18 fueron obtenidos de vinos con fermentacion malolactica espontanea) mediante las tecnicas del rapd (dna polimorfico amplificado aleatoreamente), ribotipado, rflp (polimorfismo en longitud de los fragmentos de restriccion) del espaciador rdna 16s-23s, perfil de plasmidos peque\u00f1os y secuenciacion del espaciador rdna 16s-23s y de fragmentos de rapd especificos de especie.  los patrones de rapd obtenidos fueron cepa especificos y mostraron dos agrupaciones principales de cepas, estas agrupaciones se correlacionaron con las del ribotipado.  secuencias de dna identicas entre cepas representativas de ambos grupos obtenidas del espaciador rdna 16s-23s y de fragmentos de rapd indican que leuc. Oenos es una especie filogeneticamente homogenea. Los perfiles de rflp del espaciador fueron identicos en las 37 cepas de coleccion de leuc. Oenos pero muy diferentes a los obtenidos de miembros del genero weissella y otras especies de leuconostoc, este metodo puede constituir una herramienta alternativa en la identificacion de leuc.  oenos.  de los resultados se concluye que leuc.
