Las vacantes de oxigeno pueden estar asociadas a cationes y3+ formando asociaciones complejas (estado extrinseco asociado) o bien, disociadas (estado extrinseco disociado). El transito gradual del estado asociado al disociado al aumentar la temperatura da lugar a un decrecimiento suave y continuo de la conductividad ionica. Las expresiones teoricas deducidas en el modelo han permitido analizar la dependencia con la temperatura de la entalpia, la entropia y la energia libre de activacion de las vacantes en el proceso de conduccion.  se han determinado los valores de la entalpia y entropia tanto de asociacion como de migracion de las vacantes.  en corriente alterna (a.C.), Se ha utilizado un modelo circuital que incorpora la contribucion dielectrica de las asociaciones complejas vacantes-cationes mediante la funcion kolhrausch-william-watts. Este modelo ha permitido discriminar las contribuciones interfacial electrodo-muestra conductiva y dielectrica al espectro de impedancia. Mediante el modelo de divergencia infrarroja propuesto por ngai, se ha determinado la energia de asociacion de los complejos formados entre vacantes y cationes asi como la energia de migracion de las vacantes para muestras con diferente concentracion. Se ha mostrado que el dipolo correspondiente al complejo (y-v0-y) x describe satisfactoriamente el comportamiento dilectrico en las muestras con concentraciones 9.5 mol% y 12 mol% de
