En concreto, se trabaja en la formulacion diferencial conocida en la literatura como el \u00abgrupo de renormalizacion exacto\u00bb y, especificamente, en su aproximacion conocida como desarrollo en derivadas.  se estudia el primer orden de la aproximacion, conocido tambien como \u00abaproximacion de potencial local\u00bb, para teorias bosonicas, con interacciones simetricas bajo transformaciones del grupo ortogonal. Se estudian numericamente las soluciones correspondientes al punto fijo no trivial en tres dimensiones. El limite de infinito numero de campos se estudia analiticamente, logrando asi mostrar, por ejemplo, que el fenomeno conocido en la literatura como bmb se generaliza a otras dimensiones criticas.  el segundo orden de la aproximacion en derivadas se estudia en la ecuacion de polchinski. Se estudia el fenomeno de la rotura de la invariancia de reparametrizacion de la accion debido a la aproximacion, y como franquear el problema en calculos practicos. Como ejemplo se estudian las propiedades criticas correspondientes al modelo de ising en tres dimensiones.  finalmente se estudia como aplicar este tipo de tecnicas en modelos fermionicos.
