Las diastereoselectividades obtenidas utilizando los alcoholes quirales han sido en general bajas mientras que con las oxazolidinonas y la bornan-10,2-sultama las diastereoselectividadesa oscilaron entre buenas a excepcionales. En concreto, utilizando la bornan-10,2-sultama las cicloadiciones resultaron totalmente diastereoselectivas observandose un unico aducto tanto por rmn como por hplc. La configuracion absoluta de los aductos obtenidos se ha determinado por difraccion de rayos x o bien por dicroismo circular. Por ultimo, aprovechando los elevados rendimiento y diastereoselectividad alcanzados en la cicloadicion con el norbornadieno utilizando la bornan-10,2-sultama se ha desarrollado una metodolog\u00eda para la sintesis de ciclopentenonas funcionalizadas en posicion 4, productos de elevado interes sintetico, en forma enantiomericamente pura.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
