Por esto lo primero que hicimos fue poner a punto un metodo de aislamiento de celulas hepaticas de rata y adaptar un metodo para medir la captacion de alanina en estas celulas. Seguidamente estudiamos la actividad de este y tambien de otros transportadores en diferentes modelos de proliferacion. Inicialmente estudiamos la actividad a en el desarrollo fetal neonatal, observando una induccion de una componente de alta afinidad en el transporte na. Dependiente de alanina en hepatocitos de feto de 21 dias que perdia importancia en recien nacidos y mas en adultos. Seguidamente y trabajando en vesiculas de membrana plasmatica estudiamos el modelo de regeneracion hepatica, donde se encontro una induccion tanto en el transporte del sistema a, como tambien en el transportador na-dependiente de nucleosidos. Esta induccion de actividad se correlacionaba con un incremento paralelo tanto de la expresion de su proteina como del arn mensajero.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
