La parte primera establece las bases y el planteamiento general. En la segunda parte se estudia la interpretacion constitucional del objeto de la educacion y, en la tercera parte la proyeccion en el marco constitucional de la educacion en el sistema educativo y en las ciencias de la educacion.  como objetivos generales se plantea el interpretar\/concretar, desde una perspectiva cualitativa el significado juridico-constitucional del articulo 27.2 y su contenido educativo. Se utiliza una metodolog\u00eda que responde a los parametros juridicos, eticos y politicos dentro de los principios generales de interpretacion constitucional, a fin de establecer las perspectivas de articulacion del individuo y de sociedad.  la finalidad de la educacion se categoriza juridicamente como principio estructural en el ambito educativo y con un contenido de autonomia personal equivalente al concepto de ciudadania en sociedad democratica.
