Se utilizan metodolog\u00edas de flujo para llevar a cabo dicha reaccion de derivatizacion.  se estudiara el comportamiento acido-base del reactivo y se caracterizaran las diferentes especies formadas en su reaccion con los aminoacidos.  el nqs es un reactivo de caracter general que reacciona en medio basico con los grupos aminos primarios y secundarios. Asi, hay una falta de selectividad que provoca que la determinacion de un aminoacido concreto pueda estar interferida por la presencia de otros aminoacidos en la muestra.
