En este trabajo se ha abordado el estudio de la superfamilia de prote\u00ednas ras desde distintos niveles organizativos. En primer lugar, se ha estudiado las caracter\u00edsticas estructurales y funcionales del sistema de genes ras en la levadura sacharomyces cerevisiae. Asi mismo, la disponibilidad del genoma completo de otros organismos eucariotas ha permitido comparar el n\u00famero y distribuci\u00f3n de los genes ras entre distintas especies eucariotas, entre las que se encuentran c. Elegans, d. Melanogaster, y homo sapiens. En segundo lugar, y mediante el uso del an\u00e1lisis de treedeterminantes y de experimentos de docking simulados por ordenador, se abordo el estudio de la informacion a nivel de secuencia aminoacidica de todas las secuencias las presentes en las bases de datos.
